Important Announcement: Moving from Our Weekly Newsletter to Catholic411

Dear Catholic Crusade Community,

After much prayer and consideration, we are writing to announce an important change in how we communicate with our faithful community. Our traditional weekly newsletter will be ending, but we are excited to introduce something even better: Catholic411, our new comprehensive website that will serve you more effectively than ever before.

What is Catholic411?

Catholic411 is our new dynamic platform that delivers all the content you’ve come to rely on from our weekly newsletter – but with immediate, real-time updates. Instead of waiting for a weekly compilation, you’ll now receive timely information exactly when you need it.

What Catholic411 Provides:

  • Instant Prayer Video Alerts – Be notified the moment we release new Rosaries, litanies, novenas, chaplets, and prayers
  • Upcoming Novena Reminders – Receive advance notice to prepare for novenas, ensuring you never miss Day 1
  • Holy Day Notifications – Get timely reminders about Holy Days of Obligation and important feast days
  • Real-Time Announcements – Receive ministry updates and important Catholic news as it happens
  • Comprehensive Resource Library – Access all announcements and resources on the website anytime

How It Works:

Catholic411 gives YOU control over how you receive updates. You can customize your email preferences to suit your needs:

  • Real-Time Alerts – Receive individual emails immediately as each new prayer video, novena reminder, or announcement is posted
  • Weekly Digest – Prefer the familiar weekly format? Choose to receive all alerts compiled into one comprehensive email each week
  • Custom Schedule – Set your own frequency – daily, twice weekly, or monthly compilations

You can easily adjust these settings anytime through your Catholic411 account. Whether you want immediate notifications or prefer a weekly summary of all our new prayer videos, the choice is yours.

Why This Change?

Over the past year, we’ve received countless complaints from subscribers about newsletter delivery problems. Many of you have told us you’re not receiving our newsletters at all. Others report that our emails consistently end up unread in spam folders. Most troubling of all, some subscribers have shared that upon opening our newsletter, they’re greeted with ominous warnings that the email is “suspicious” and should be deleted.

Despite our best efforts and numerous attempted fixes, modern spam protection systems have made traditional newsletters an ineffective form of communication. Rather than continue fighting a losing battle, we’ve developed Catholic411 as a more reliable alternative. Quite frankly, we’re excited about this new system and feel confident it will provide a much better solution for staying connected with our community.

What You Need to Do:

To ensure the best delivery and avoid any spam issues, we’re asking all subscribers to sign up for Catholic411 directly. Simply click the Catholic411 link below and you’ll be directed to our new website where you can enter your email address to subscribe.

Important: Our final weekly newsletter will be sent on January 5th. Once you’ve registered for Catholic411, we encourage you to unsubscribe from the old newsletter to avoid receiving duplicate content.

We’re grateful for your continued support of The Catholic Crusade and look forward to serving you through Catholic411. This new platform will help us better fulfill our mission of bringing souls closer to Christ through prayer.

May God bless you,

The Catholic Crusade Team

Wear Red for Pentecost: A Call to Unity and Faith

Got something red? Wear it to Mass this Pentecost Sunday and join the Church in celebrating the birth of our faith and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit!

The Church encourages all Catholics to wear the color red to Mass this weekend as we celebrate the great feast of Pentecost Sunday. This special day commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles, marking the birth of the Church.

In the liturgical tradition of the Church, the color red holds profound significance, especially on Pentecost Sunday. It symbolizes the tongues of fire that descended upon the Apostles, as recounted in the Acts of the Apostles (2:1-4). The color red also represents the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, which sets our hearts ablaze with love, courage, and zeal to live out our faith and share the Gospel with others.

By wearing red, we unite as a community of believers, filled with the same Spirit that empowered the early Church. It serves as a visible sign of the fire of God’s love within us and our mission to be witnesses of Christ’s love in the world.

As you prepare for Mass this Pentecost Sunday, the Church invites you to join in wearing red as a symbol of our shared faith, the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and our commitment to spreading the message of God’s love to all.

May the Holy Spirit fill our hearts with peace, joy, and courage as we celebrate this sacred feast together.
